Call for Entries – “2025 Art in the Park”

In celebrating Pender County’s 150th anniversary, this is the first time the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism is teaming up with the area’s premier gallery, ArtExposure, the Greater Topsail Art Association, and Pender County Parks and Recreation for a day of celebrating the arts.

Local fine artists of all mediums may apply to be featured in the 2025 Art in the Park fine art show on March 22 from 10am to 3pm at Hampstead Kiwanis Park by using this form. Applying is FREE. A $35 participation fee will be required once accepted. Artists will be responsible for taking any monies for their own on-site sales and for collecting sales tax. The event is NOT requiring any commission or fees.

Applications will be accepted through Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:59pm. Artists will be notified by email by end of day, Saturday March 8th, of their acceptance and a link to pay the $35 participation fee. (Please note that acceptance into the Gallery Tent is on a first come-first serve basis, so we encourage artists to join us with their own pop-up tent if possible. Some tables will be available – again on a first-come-first serve basis.)
