DRIVEN: The Art of the Car® – Car Application

By submitting this application, the car owner agrees to the following:

• The applicant certifies that they are the owner of the submitted car and that they hold the rights necessary to exhibit and sell the car.
• The car owner grants ArtExposure Gallery and the Greater Topsail Art Association (GTAA) permission to photograph and use images of their submitted car for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and publicity purposes related to this exhibition and future Driven events, without additional compensation.
•The car owner understands that DRIVEN – The Art of the Car® name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be reproduced or used without the express written permission of the trademark owner.
• While every reasonable precaution will be taken in exhibition of cars, neither ArtExposure Gallery, the Greater Topsail Art Association, nor event organizers shall be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to cars while in transit, on display, or during set up or take down.
